Schultz, one of the most dynamic and respected figures in the media communications industry, began his career at the Campbell-Ewald Company (now Lintas), in Detroit, Michigan.  Over his 38-year career, he held every major marketing and advertising position, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Initiative Media Worldwide, a $23 billion global media services company.  Upon his retirement in 2003, Schultz created LMS-Unlimited, LLC, a full-service independent communications consultancy.  Clients include General Motors, The Home Depot, Coca Cola, SQAD, and others.

Browner is the CEO of Marketing & Media Consultancy, LLC.  He was Executive Director, Media and Marketing Operations at General Motors Corporation until he retired to form his consulting firm on April 1, 2004.   During his 18+ years at General Motors, he was responsible for directing all media buying and overseeing the media plans for GM's 50+ brands.  In addition, Browner, has worked as a strategic consultant for Polaris Ventures, a Venture Capital firm in Boston that specializes in new media companies, Experience, Inc. the leading online career placement service targeted to college students and American Media, Inc., a major periodicals publishing company providing advice and counsel on overall business issues as well as product marketing and sales.

Schechter has had a long career in advertising working in Detroit and New York City.  She started out at the Campbell-Ewald Company as a copywriter and eventually became a senior vice president holding positions as director of broadcasting, creative director and new business director.   During her 34-year career at Campbell-Ewald, she managed accounts such as Howard Johnson Hotel/Restaurants, Magnavox, American Tourister, Tofutti, and led team wins for accounts including RJR/Nabisco, IBM, Fieldcrest Cannon, Molson Beer, Sara Lee, Blockbuster Video and R. H. Macy's.  After leaving Campbell-Ewald, she worked for Wells Rich Greene BDDP and started her own consulting business.  Schechter, now retired and a resident of Sarasota, writes a column for The Observer and volunteers at local non-profit organizations. Adamec, a past-President of the AAF-Suncoast, began his advertising career at DDB New York.  Shortly thereafter, he was recruited by Papert Koenig Lois (where he worked with George Lois, the "unbridled mustang of the advertising business") where he worked on accounts like National Airlines, Quaker Oats, Consolidated Cigar and Xerox.  From there he went to Doremus Advertising, and then to Ladies Home Journal, where he served as creative director.  In 1979, Adamec went on to form his own company, Adamec & Associates and began working with a variety of clients such as Rockefeller Center, Heart Fund of New York and Lincoln Center.  Upon moving to Sarasota in the late 1980s, he opened Briggs & Adamec, which became one the area's most successful creative partnerships.  Most recently, Adamec consults and works as freelance art director.
